A Larchmont resident and accomplished real estate professional for over 20 years, Phyllis Jacobs is a specialist in listing and selling Westchester's Sound Shore area homes.  Knowing that the key to her success is being a dedicated full service broker, Phyllis also handles local rentals and works with the area's top developers to create some of the finest new home projects in lower Westchester.   In addition, for over 16 years, Phyllis has been effectively handling the relocation needs of major corporate firms around the world.

She uses her extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools and amenities to match select properties to her client's criteria.  Phyllis then works to fully educate each client on every aspect of the marketing and sales process.  She works closely with buyers to carefully determine their needs and guides them every step of the way through the purchase process.  Sellers enjoy innovatively marketed properties, qualified prospects and the best price possible.  Phyllis' unparalleled market knowledge, sharp negotiating skills and positive approach in the handling of every aspect of the sales process has earned her enthusiastic referrals from both clients and customers.  

Prior to steering her impressive sales skills to the real estate field, Phyllis attended NYU and earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Business and Interior Design.  This creative path led her to the garment industry and a position as Vice President of Sales at Warnaco.  A true entrepreneur, Phyllis started her own successful consulting business years later before eventually dedicating her enthusiasm and high standards to the real estate business in Westchester County.

A confirmed workaholic, in her spare time Phyllis enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.  She also enjoys running, gourmet cooking, and travelling when time allows.  In addition, Phyllis is an advocate for people with disabilities working closely with many community groups.   Her love and commitment to the Sound Shore area and the people she serves explains why she is one of Sotheby's International Realty's top producing brokers.
