Pelham
One of the oldest towns in Westchester County, Pelham borders Long Island Sound, the Bronx and the City of New Rochelle. Incorporated by the State Legislature in 1788, the town of Pelham includes the Village of Pelham Manor and the Village of Pelham.
Pelham is a tightly knit community with small-town values. Its downtown business district hosts an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, an art center and a movie theatre. There are many parks and playgrounds to enjoy all year round.
The Pelham train station is located in the center of the village and provides a short 29 minute commute on Metro North Railroad to Grand Central Terminal.
In the Pelham School District there are four Elementary Schools feeding into a Middle School and then to the Pelham High School.
